Marben Restaurant - Double Chocolate Koji Brownie Cake


Double chocolate brownie is laden with fermented barley grains offering a nutty crunch to the cake. The buttercream is made with a miso which we make from our sourdough. Deliciously rich and packed with sweet umami.

Ingredients: Brownie: barley koji, sugar, cocoa powder, organic flour, butter, chocolate chips, cold pressed canola, free run eggs, vanilla extract, salt, baking powder, Buttercream: icing sugar, butter, sourdough miso, cocao powder, whole milk, vanilla extract.

*Serves 2-4. Approx. 350g
