The Story: This is a dish inspired by our Sous Chef Alex and his family. It’s everything you need and want in one dish. Tender stewed chicken with tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, celery, olives and onions in a beautiful broth. Ingredients: Ontario free range chicken, plum tomato, zucchini, red and yellow peppers, celery, kalamata olives, onion, garlic, chicken stock (chicken bones, onion, carrot, celery, thyme, rosemary, parsley, mushrooms, water), red wine, oregano, thyme, dried crushed chilies, extra virgin olive oil
Heating Instructions: Defrost if frozen. Heat in saucepot until warm.
