The Story: Butter chicken is a classic Indian dish, and for good reason. We’ve kicked up this mild curry by adding chick peas and carrots. It’s full of spices and flavours the whole family will love. Our version is even dairy free! This dish goes excellent with rice, naan or quinoa.
Ingredients: Ontario free range chicken, garlic, ginger, kashmiri chili, coconut oil, onion, garlic, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, cumin, cardamom, black pepper, cane sugar, plum tomato, coconut milk, chick peas, apple cider vinegar, cilantro, kosher salt
Heating Instructions: Defrost if frozen. Heat in saucepot until warm.
Portion: 700g package. Serves 2 people.
