Q: When will you deliver my order?
A: If you place your order by 4:00pm we will deliver it on the next business day (we do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday). The cut off time for Monday delivery is 4pm on Sunday. On your delivery day you will receive an email providing an estimated two hour delivery window of when your delivery will arrive. There will also be a link in the email that enables you to track the delivery status.
Q: How will I receive my order?
A: We do a contactless delivery. We will leave your order outside of your front door (if you're in a house), or with your concierge if you're in a condo. We can leave your order outside your condo unit door if needed. If there is a buzzer number or any type of special instructions, please let us know through your order notes. We will send you a notification email once your order is delivered.
Q: Can I add items to an order I have already submitted?
A: We are unable to add items to an existing order because we do not store your credit card information for security reasons. If you would like, you can place an additional order for the items you want to add. You can then send an email to email@example.com requesting a refund of the delivery charge on the second order and we will happily refund it for you. Your orders will then be delivered together. We are only able to deliver the orders together and refund the delivery charge of the second order if the orders are scheduled to be delivered on the same day. A: We deliver to: Toronto, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Vaughan, Thornhill, Richmond Hill and Markham.

Q: Is there a delivery fee?
A: The delivery fee is $2 for an order over $50, and $7 for orders below $50. There is an additional $6.00 delivery fee for orders that include alcohol.
Q: Why was a different product brand delivered than what I ordered from the website? (or why was a partial refund issued on my order?)
A: Due to the current supply disruption, the exact product or brand may not be available. If it is out of stock, a comparable substitute will be provided or a refund will be issued.
Q: Can I return a product?
A: We are not able to take back any products for return.
