A crude and quick preparation producing a playful, rustic raviolo. Derived from the word ‘handkerchief’, Fazzoletti start as a square of pasta, filled and folded point to point.
Serve with good quality butter and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
Ingredients: flour, eggs, mushrooms, butter, Reggiano, garlic, nutmeg, salt
